Absolutely loved my show!

I just saw 'Wicked' thanks to tickets from here and it was incredible! The whole process was so smooth. Finding the show and picking seats was a breeze. I got my e-tickets right away. I'm definitely going to use them again for my next West End trip. I've already told my sister to check them out for 'Hamilton'!

Decent for Phantom tickets

I bought tickets for 'The Phantom of the Opera'. The booking was simple, and the e-tickets arrived promptly. I liked that they clearly stated if a view was restricted before purchase. However, the site was a little slow to load a couple of times, which was a minor annoyance when I was trying to compare dates. The overall experience was good, though. Got my tickets without any issues and enjoyed the show. The value for the specific seats I got was fair, not amazing, but not bad either.

Consistent service for Les Mis

This isn't my first time using them; I booked 'Les Miserables' this time. I've always found them reliable. The website is consistent, and I know what to expect. Tickets always arrive quickly via email. It's why I keep coming back, honestly. No surprises, which is what you want when booking something important like theatre tickets. The prices are competitive, usually on par with what I see elsewhere, sometimes better with their no-fee options.

Saved money on Matilda

I was looking for 'Matilda The Musical' tickets and found London Theatre Direct had a no booking fee deal, which saved me a bit compared to other sites. It definitely felt like good value for money. I also signed up for their newsletter, hoping for future offers. The price I paid was fair, and I felt I got a good deal on the seats.

Easy to get tickets

Needed tickets for 'Mrs. Doubtfire' last minute and just jumped on this site. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted. Got the e-tickets emailed over pretty quick, no drama. Show was great. Can't complain.

Hey, thinking of getting tickets for 'The Play That Goes Wrong'. Are these guys legit or should I just stick to Ticketmaster?

A Alex 1 month ago
Yeah they're totally legit. I got 'The Lion King' tickets from them last year, no problems at all.

They've been around forever, like since '99. And they're a STAR member too, so pretty safe bet.

Thinking of using a 'no booking fee' offer, can I also use a student discount on top of that for 'Les Mis' tickets?

M Megan Marsh 2 months ago
Nah, usually you can't stack discounts. Most of their offers say they can't be combined with other promos. So it's one or the other.

E Emma G. 2 months ago
Nope. Pretty sure it's always just one discount code or offer per booking. I tried that for 'Starlight Express' and it wouldn't let me.

My voucher code isn't working at checkout, anyone else have this issue? Trying to get 'Back to the Future' tickets.

R Rosa P. 2 months ago
Check if it's expired or for a specific show. Sometimes the codes are only for certain dates or productions.

N Neil Vargas 2 months ago
Make sure you typed it right! Also, some codes are case-sensitive. If it's a general offer, it might just be a glitch, try clearing your cache or a different browser.

Is it worth waiting for a Black Friday deal for 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' tickets, or should I just buy now? Don't want to miss out.

P Phil Hughes 2 months ago
They often have Black Friday sales, but it's hit or miss if 'Cursed Child' will be included. Sometimes it's more popular shows that get excluded from bigger discounts.

D Dan Osei 2 months ago
I'd say if you see a good price now, just grab it. Waiting for Black Friday is a gamble, especially for a show like that. They do sometimes have last-minute deals too, but that's even riskier.

How do they compare to TodayTix for prices? Looking at 'Mrs. Doubtfire' and want the best deal.

J Josh B. 1 month ago
It really depends on the show and the day. Sometimes LTD has better package deals, and TodayTix is often good for last-minute stuff. Worth checking both.

D Derek 1 month ago
I'd price compare them. LTD sometimes has those 'no booking fee' offers which can make a difference, but TodayTix often has rush tickets or lottery options that can be cheaper if you get lucky.

Anyone know if London Theatre Direct does student discounts? Trying to see 'Six' on the cheap.

S Steve Walsh 1 month ago
Pretty sure they do! I remember seeing a student discount option when I was booking 'Matilda' a few months back. Check their site, it should be listed with the other deals.

A Alex M. 1 month ago
Yeah, they usually have one. It's normally applied at checkout with a code or something similar.

What's their cancellation policy like? Super worried about booking 'Moulin Rouge!' tickets then having to change plans last minute.

O Omar W. 2 months ago
Uh, not great for cancellations. I tried to cancel 'Phantom' tickets once and it was a no-go. You can sometimes change dates but usually for a fee.
2
R Renee Osei 2 months ago
Yeah, generally tickets are non-refundable. Best to double-check the specific show's terms though, sometimes there are exceptions but don't count on it.

Planning a trip to London from the US, want to catch 'Hamilton'. If I buy tickets now, how will I actually get them? Do they mail them or something?

J June Doyle 2 months ago
Most of the time they're e-tickets now, so they'll just email them to you. You can either show it on your phone or print it out.
2
M Marcus C. 2 months ago
Yeah, pretty sure you just get an email. Don't think they do physical mail for international stuff anymore, at least not for me when I went for 'Wicked'.
